STRESSSSS!

What is the best feeling in the world, the ultimate sweet joy? Some may say sex, many (women) would say chocolate and millions (of men) would say scoring a goal but if you are a student you will know what is well and truely the best feeling in the world...THE JOY OF EXAMS/COURSEWORK BEING OVER!!!

When that deadline passes and you have the feeling of being satisfied (or maybe even not being satisfied) with your work you have done the feeling of relief is a brilliant feeling. After this you are just looking to chill out and find a way to release all the pent up tension that has built up (very slowly) ever since you were told when the big day was and it has slowly built to a crescendo until is has reached boiling point, just when you are ready to kill someone after sitting infront of a computer for 12 hours a day, then just when it is getting its hardest it is allover and the relief is amazing.

The way I like to let off steam is to play football. I swear, I cheat, I foul (I am a vicious tackler) I am loud and aggressive but I am not thinking about anything other then winning during those 90 minutes (or 60 if its just a kick about 6 a-side game though I do not relent even if we are just playing for "fun").

In the evenings I like to just chill out and get (highly) intoxicated with friends like many students, at any student club nights. Hearing the DJ shout out "and anyone who's exams are over report to the dance floor..." is always fun, watching a stampede of a wild herd of students at their rarest time... totally free from the burden of looming revision.
Feasting on junk food is also a way to help me relax and doing all this will help for an easier nights sleep and extra comfy lay in.

The stress of waking up in the morning knowing you have to work hard to meet a deadline is replaced by the feeling of getting up and lazing about, being a slob all day long and doing what you like when you like. However this will not last long as after a short while (it never seems long enough) the whole process starts again although this time you promise yourself you will not put of the work until the last week and will do it all in advance so you can relax.

We as students at times like these must remind ourselves that the reason we do this is for the oh so precious degree which we are working so hard for. This degree symbolises a better future which is what we must focus
